Abstract
OBJECTIVES:
Previous studies in patients with acute liver failure identified acetaminophen (APAP) protein adducts in the serum of 12% and 19% of children and adults, respectively, with acute liver failure of indeterminate etiology. This article details the testing of APAP adducts in a subset (n = 393) of patients with varied diagnoses in the Pediatric Acute Liver Failure Study Group (PALFSG).
METHODS:
What is Acute liver failure?
Acute liver failure (ALF) is a disorder in which severe acute impairment of liver function, with or without alteration of consciousness in association with liver cell damage in a child with no recognised underlying chronic liver disease

Abstract
OBJECTIVES:
Living donor liver transplantation (LDLT) in patients with acute liver failure (ALF) has become an acceptable alternative to transplantation from deceased donors (DDLT). The aim of this study was to analyze outcomes of LDLT in pediatric patients with ALF based on our center's experience.

Abstract
Objective: Neonatal acute liver failure (ALF) is a rare disease with high mortality for which no standard age-specific definition exists. To advance the understanding of neonatal ALF we characterize the etiology, presenting features, treatment, and outcomes in infants within 1 month of life.
